Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we'll gladly accept the return of unworn items.

IMPORTANT
IN ORDER FOR YOUR RETURN TO BE VALID YOU MUST NOTIFY US OF YOUR INTENT TO RETURN PRIOR TO SHIPPING THE ITEM BACK. Failure to do so will risk the items being lost and your return will not be accepted (parcels from customers that did not notify us will not be accepted by the building and will be returned to you by the courier/post office). Also note that the "ship from" address is different from the address of our return processing center, so you CANNOT ship back to the address in the shipping label of the package we sent you. If you ship to the wrong address, you will be charged a 10% (of the value of the items) retrieving fee.

If you already have an account with us, initiate your return by logging in to your account below.

If you don’t have an account with us or checked out as “guest”, initiate your return by submitting the guest return request form.

For a return or exchange to be valid:

  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated/requested within 14 days from the date of purchase and items shipped back must be received by Tatras no later than 30 days from the date of purchase (barring any customs-related delays upon return to us). 
  • All returned items should be in their new and original condition as you received them: with tags, unused, unwashed and unworn.
  • We reserve the right to not accept returns or exchanges that do not meet the above requirements.
  • All sale purchases are final. 
  • Sorry, we cannot accept in-store returns at this time.

Once the returned product reaches us, we will inspect the condition of the product and make a refund or re-ship the exchange. 

Our refund process:
 
We normally initiate refunds within 1-2 business days from the moment a return is accepted, an order is canceled, or any other reason requiring a refund. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used by you for the purchase of products, unless we have expressly agreed, at our sole discretion, the use of a different means of payment method for the refund. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all refunds must be made to an account in the name of the original payment method account holder, regardless of payment method. Please note that it may take additional time (approximately 10 business days) for a refund to be reflected in your account and timing will depend on the payment gateways' billing cycle (for instance, your credit card processor's billing cycle) or your financial institution. If a refund is taking longer than 10 business days to reflect on your account after we have processed it on our system,  please contact your payment method provider or financial institution.
 
Store credit refunds will be processed 1-2 business days from the moment a return is accepted, an order is cancelled, or any other reason requiring a store credit refund. Store credit will be reflected in your Tatras Online account soon after it is processed. All store credit refunds must be made to the same account used for the original purchase. 

ANY COSTS INCURRED (INCLUDING CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES) AS A RESULT OF A FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED BY US VIA EMAIL OR HEREIN, SHALL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND OR CREDIT AMOUNT.
