Items for which your order has been confirmed will usually be shipped within 3-4 business days from the date your order is completed.
* Please note that there may be delays depending on the delivery address and the stock status of the product.

Purchased items will be shipped during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. When the item arrives, please check that the item you ordered is correct.

Orders are processed automatically and shipping details and delivery times cannot be changed. You can also check the status of your order from "My Account".

If you want to return the purchased item, you can return it free of charge within 10 days after the item arrives. When returning the item, please put it in the box in which the item arrived and return it in a new condition (unused item, with tag).
We cannot accept returns that do not meet these requirements. In addition, if the item is returned to the sender due to a long absence, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost when reshipping. You can only return from the same country as the shipping address.
